Her Trophy

Riding "Miss Sparkles"

Isabel did great at her horse show this weekend. She got 4th in

showmanship, 1st in lead line on Sat. and 2nd in lead line on Sun.

She had the most points in her age division so she won the

Pee Wee High Point award for the weekend. I am very

proud of her. Her winnings included a trophy, a stick horse,

about $30, and an embroidered chair. She is a happy girl! (despite

the strange expression on her face in this photo)

July 4th

Had a great 4th of July weekend. Went to see the fireworks on Sat.

night....the boys still plug their ears :) We also enjoyed time

on the boat, watching a golf tournament, swimming, and

camping in the backyard.

A perfect afternoon

Lake Geneva

Went to visit friends in Lake Geneva.

 Had a wonderful time and many

adventures.

Went for a 6 mile hike along the lakeshore....the kids did amazing!

It was a very hot day.

One of many mansions that we walked by. I especially loved this one.

All lake front property must maintain a path for the public to walk around the lake

so we got to view these beautiful homes up close.

Boat tour ....we enjoyed ice cream sundaes while hearing about the history

of many of the mansions around the lake.
